Who Are Maple House Home Investors?

We’re both originally from a small farming community in the Pacific Northwest, but the Navy brought us to Pensacola a few years ago. We’ve been married since 2010 and enjoy traveling, near and far! We started Maple House Home Investors in February of 2018, looking to propel our quality of life while helping others.

We love living in Pensacola, Florida and are dedicated to seeing it thrive. Our passion is real estate, but our mutual background in civil service and nonprofit work has aligned us with a shared goal of building a business where everyone wins.

We provide these win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of their sticky situations… like foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate, or anything else. Patrick Daniel

Founder & Co-Owner - The Visionary

Patrick is the business owner, father, husband, and US Navy Veteran with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to launching Maple House Home Investors, Patrick’s naval career started and ended right here in Pensacola. When his time in uniform was up, he and Emily put down roots here and found a way to positively impact the community.

Patrick’s background in real estate spans 10+ years and multiple areas, from managing rental units, to real estate sales, and finally, Maple House Home Investors. Patrick, is a self-proclaimed pit-master, loves a good cup of coffee, and has a passion for teaching others the ins and outs of personal finance.

Emily Daniel

Founder & Co-Owner - The Integrator

Emily is an investor, business owner, and founder of the Pensacola Real Estate Mastermind. Before focusing on real estate full time for the last six years, Emily spent 10+ years in nonprofit and marketing.

Emily’s background is in building up communities and business owners to both reach their maximum potential. She coaches other investors while running the daily operations of a flipping company and education company alongside her husband Patrick, and their expansive team. Emily cares for their two daughters at home, Olivia and Clara.

Emily’s goal is to provide affordable, beautiful homes for her community while empowering other investors to do the same – with an abundance mindset that brings forth impactful relationships for all of our partners.

Diana Mora

Executive Assistant

Hello y’all! My name is Diana. I’m happily married and a mother of four amazing kids. I was born in Boston, MA but my family is from Cuba. We recently moved here from North Carolina and we are so happy to be near the beach again. I have an extensive background in residential and commercial property management and recently took the leap into real estate investing. When I’m not working, I’m spending as much time with my family. We love traveling together, playing outdoors, laying out on the beach and making everlasting memories.

Kylie Arseneau

Administrative and Marketing Assistant

I’m Kylie Arseneau! I am a senior at UWF studying Communications and Hospitality. I moved here about two years ago from my hometown Tampa. I am a total beach bum and couldn’t move too far from the water. I didn’t have any previous experience in real estate or home investing, so I’ve learned so much over the past year and am continuing to learn new things every day. Some fun things about me are: I am a Capricorn, I have been in over 20 musicals, and my favorite animal is a shark.

The Maple House Story

Hi, I’m Emily Daniel. In 1984, my grandparents began the process of building their home on Maple Avenue in the Southeastern Valley of Walla Walla, Washington. This home would soon become a sanctuary for the whole family, who joined them there shortly after.

The House on Maple plays host to many things: the charming sounds of instruments gifted from friends in foreign countries, the beauty of wood grain within personally hand-crafted furniture from my grandfather’s workshop… and the celebrations of success, love, and life.

The House on Maple is a place for newcomers, refugees, memories and many lessons learned. While there are numerous things my grandparents should be proud of in their professional accomplishments, I would instead identify this as their greatest masterpiece, their legacy.

We named this company Maple House as a symbol for the values I found within that home. Ambition to overcome challenges, kindness and humility in all things, and an unfailing effort to focus on the future – while appreciating the now.

It’s our primary goal to continue this family legacy for our daughters. We make a daily effort towards this in various ways. We help people walk away from difficult housing situations as smoothly as possible. We provide affordable, freshly renovated homes to our community. We partner with Ramsey Education to sponsor families to receive financial education so that they too can achieve their own goals of homeownership and one day – make their own Maple House memories.

Maple House is our dream, and we’re grateful to share it with everyone we meet along the way.

Community Involvement

We love education and we love students! Through our sponsorship with Ramsey Solutions, we’re providing Escambia High School and Pensacola High School students with Foundations in Personal Finance, the country’s leading personal finance curriculum.

Maple House Home Investors has sponsored over 275 total students and families at Escambia High School and Pensacola High School over the past 3 years.

Proud Supporters of Ramsey Education

The idea for Ramsey Education started over two decades ago when financial expert Dave Ramsey devoted his life’s work to teaching adults how to handle their money. Every day on The Dave Ramsey Show, Dave would teach adults across America how to budget, save, avoid debt, and retire with dignity. As he counseled adults on these essential money topics, he often heard the same feedback over and over again: “I wish I had learned this in high school!”

That statement sparked Ramsey Solutions to develop a personal finance curriculum for high school students. After several years of the curriculum impacting classrooms across the country, the team launched an updated version called Foundations in Personal Finance. Since its launch in 2008, Foundations has been known across the industry as the leader in personal finance curriculum.
